Our Zumba®
Dance Classes
Every class is built around the core Zumba® rhythms — Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton — but we don't stop there. Expect to move through an infectious mix of global sounds: Bhangra, Brazilian Funk, Tango, Flamenco, Soca, Vallenato, and more. And woven throughout? Proper 90s and 00s pop throwbacks that'll have you grinning before you've even noticed you're working out.
Here's how a typical class flows:
🔥 Warm-up — We ease in gently, getting your body ready to move.
💃 The main event — We dance. The music doesn't stop, and neither do we — but the intensity rises and falls throughout, giving your body a brilliant intermittent workout without it ever feeling like hard work.
🧘 Cool-down & stretch — We wind down gradually and finish with a proper stretch, so you leave feeling great.

A few things to know

Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel — you'll want both!

The venue has changing rooms, toilets, and water fountains on site.

The music keeps going throughout, but you're always welcome to take a breather whenever you need one. Your safety and enjoyment come first, always.

All abilities welcome. Come as you are, do your best, and have fun — that's all we ask.
